Eve’s Pizza started with one brick oven, a sourdough starter named “Doughlores,” and a simple idea: make the pizza we’d want to eat, and treat every table like family.
Born in Central Austin
Back in 2011 we fired up a single wood-brick oven in a little corner shop off South Lamar. Word got around fast — mostly because you could smell the oven from a block away. Fifteen years later we’re still in the neighborhood, still family-owned, and still pulling pies by hand.
Slow dough, real fire
Our dough is cold-fermented for 48 hours, stretched by hand, and baked on stone until the crust blisters and chars just right. No conveyor belts, no par-baked shortcuts — just heat, time, and a little Austin stubbornness.
Your neighborhood pizzeria
We cater Little League trophy nights, feed the after-show crowd on Red River, and know a lot of our regulars’ orders by heart. Now Eve — our AI counter host — helps take orders by text or voice so the line moves fast and nobody’s slice gets cold.
