The Receipts

Every study this theory rests on, with its PubMed ID and what it actually found. 14 papers. Read the findings, not the labels.

Why this page exists

A theory is only as good as the record you can check. These are not studies we went looking for to support a conclusion — they are the papers cited throughout this project's work, pulled back out and re-verified one at a time. Each one is linked to PubMed. Every PMID below was checked for retraction status on 4 November 2026. Where a paper we had logged turned out to be retracted, it was removed from the citation list and the removal was recorded rather than hidden.

What to do with them

Each of these is a published finding on an agent that is already approved, already cheap, or already on a supermarket shelf. The moxidectin case shows the pattern: three independent groups, seven years, an approved off-patent drug, and no registered human cancer trial. Every entry below is a candidate for the same question — who is assessing this, what did they find, and where can anyone inspect it?

On papers that get pulled

One paper we had logged — a case series of three stage IV patients self-administering fenbendazole, published in Case Reports in Oncology in 2025 — was withdrawn by the journal in 2026. The withdrawal notice states no reason. Its entire text is “[This retracts the article DOI: 10.1159/000546362.]” We are not going to pretend the cases were never reported, and we are not going to lean on them either. A withdrawal without a stated reason is an exercise of editorial authority, not an argument about data, and it settles nothing in either direction. The theory below does not rest on it — which is precisely why we can say so plainly.

The voltage door

PubMed 15807662
Lipophilic triphenylphosphonium cations as tools in mitochondrial bioenergetics
Ross MF et al. — Biochemistry (Mosc) 2005

The cation accumulates across the membrane potential by electrophoresis. No receptor in the mechanism at all — the molecule is pulled by a voltage. This is Family B's entire premise, published twenty years before we used it.

PubMed 19276390
Bicarbonate increases tumor pH and inhibits spontaneous metastases
Robey IF et al. — Cancer Res 2009

A substance with no receptor, no pocket and no binding affinity reduced spontaneous metastasis in vivo. If a proton gradient alone can do that, the active variable is not molecular shape.

The redox door

PubMed 16809515
H2O2, a necessary evil for cell signaling
Rhee SG — Science 2006

Peroxide is a messenger, not exhaust. In Science, in 2006. Our claim that the cell reads a redox quantity rather than a shape is not a fringe reading — it is the standard one.

PubMed 29717933
The KEAP1-NRF2 System: a Thiol-Based Sensor-Effector Apparatus
Yamamoto M et al. — Physiol Rev 2018

The title is the mechanism. A thiol-based sensor — detection by reactive cysteine, not by geometry. This is why broccoli and a peroxide can speak to the same system.

PubMed 1549603
A major inducer of anticarcinogenic protective enzymes from broccoli
Zhang Y et al. — PNAS 1992

Sulforaphane, isolated and characterised in 1992. The broccoli limb is thirty-four years old and was never controversial — only unconnected to the rest.

PubMed 19665452
Cancer cell death induced by phosphine gold(I) compounds targeting thioredoxin reductase
Gandin V et al. — Biochem Pharmacol 2010

Gold closes the peroxide drain. An arthritis drug from 1985, acting on the same quantity as an antimalarial and a wormer.

PubMed 11587223
Sulfasalazine, a potent suppressor of lymphoma growth by inhibition of the x(c)- cystine transporter
Gout PW et al. — Leukemia 2001

Starve the cell of cystine and you starve its glutathione. Another unrelated drug, same pool.

The four classic agents

PubMed 29511601
The multitargeted drug ivermectin: from an antiparasitic agent to a repositioned cancer drug
Juarez M et al. — Am J Cancer Res 2018

"Multitargeted" is the conventional literature noticing the problem without naming it. A drug that hits many targets may instead be hitting one state.

PubMed 30093705
Fenbendazole acts as a moderate microtubule destabilizing agent and causes cancer cell death
Dogra N et al. — Sci Rep 2018

The paper also reports interference with glucose uptake — two effects from one compound, both of which land on metabolic and redox tone.

PubMed 17785575
Nelfinavir, a lead HIV protease inhibitor, is a broad-spectrum anticancer agent
Gills JJ et al. — Clin Cancer Res 2007

An inhibitor built for an enzyme that exists only inside a virus, killing human cancer cells. Under lock-and-key this is inexplicable. Under ER overload it is arithmetic: oxidative protein folding makes one H2O2 per disulfide bond.

PubMed 28254675
From ancient herb to modern drug: Artemisia annua and artemisinin for cancer treatment
Efferth T — Semin Cancer Biol 2017

A peroxide bridge delivered to ferrous iron. The molecule literally carries the oxidant to the metal.

The drug with three papers and no trial

PubMed 30015956
Moxidectin inhibits glioma cell viability by inducing G0/G1 arrest and apoptosis
Song D et al. — Oncol Rep 2018

The authors noted no earlier study had examined moxidectin for cancer at all.

PubMed 32913473
Moxidectin induces cytostatic autophagic cell death of glioma cells through inhibiting AKT/mTOR
Liu J et al. — J Cancer 2020

A second group, a different mechanism, the same drug.

PubMed 40231611
Moxidectin unravels the role of the Hippo-YAP pathway in glioblastoma
Kaushik I et al. — Mol Cancer Ther 2025

A third group, August 2025, with tumour suppression in an intracranial mouse model. Approved for human use since 2018, WHO-listed, off patent, cheap — and still no registered human cancer trial.

From engineering drawings to molecular blueprints.

One discipline runs underneath all of it: computational engineering — designing the thing completely, and proving out what you can, before anyone cuts metal or runs a reaction. It is the same craft whether the object is a bracket or a molecule. Only the units change.

AutoCAD engineering

Concept geometry, stage views and engineering drawings — a question turned into something you can inspect and measure. Fabrication readiness still requires validation.

02

Structure and materials

The lattice between the two worlds: geometry that has to obey physics before it is worth costing, let alone building.

03

Biotechnology & molecular research

The same discipline applied to chemistry — scaffolds, conjugates and the design rationale for why a given structure should be made before anyone makes it.

Full RDKit molecular blueprints

Every structure parsed, sanitised and reported with its computed property set: isomeric SMILES, mass, lipophilicity, polar surface area, stereocentres. Computed, never quoted.

Our intention is plain: to own this field — computational engineering from the drawing to the molecule. Not by holding patents, but by being the group that does the work in the open, publishes its own corrections, and is the best in the world at deciding what is worth building next.

Computational designs only. Nothing described here has been synthesised, assayed or administered, and every property is a computed descriptor rather than a measurement. Fabrication and clinical readiness require validation that happens outside this factory.
